Assembly theory commentary published in peer-reviewed journal!

Yogi's earlier blog post on the uses and abuses of assembly theory has now been published, in revised form, as a peer-reviewed commentary in the Journal of Molecular Evolution (JMEV). This will provide a boost in credibility and visibility for our ideas among evolutionary biologists, a central audience for the research performed within our project.

The paper not only gives an accessible introduction to the basic ideas of the theory, but also criticizes how it is interpreted and presented its authors.
